Evening Course - This runs from November 16th to November 27th, Monday to Friday, 4:30pm until 6:30pm.

The best hands-on course to get you confident and prepared for the world of cocktail bartending. Spirit and Alcohol training, Bartending techniques, bar prep and advanced mixology methods, updated cocktail recipes and cocktail theory to create great tasting beverages on the fly, customer satisfaction training, pos system training and drills, and most importantly, guidance with employment after course completion. Must be 18 years or older.

Afternoon Course - This runs from November 16th to November 27th, Monday to Friday, 11:30am until 1:30pm.

Where are you located?

You can find us at 717 7 Ave SW, in the Elveden Building just past the security desk.

Do I need to bring anything?

A pen, notebook and government issued photo ID. Everything else will be provided including bar tools, aprons, ingredients, etc.

Can I attend evening and day classes?

At this time we are not swapping students across classes.

How old do I need to be to attend?

As this is a bartending course involving demonstrations and tastings with real alcohol, all attendee’s must be 18 years or older. Please bring valid government issued photo ID.

Is there parking nearby?

Since we are located in the center of the Downtown Core, there are many options for paid parking. However, we highly recommend taking Calgary Transit as we are located immediately across from the 7th Street train station.

Does this certify me?

In Alberta, ProServe is mandatory to serve alcohol. We include a ProServe voucher with our Cocktail Bartending Masterclass. You will also receive a certificate of completion.

Will the cocktail bartending masterclass lead me to a job?

We are dedicated to providing the best training possible to give you the confidence in your journey as a cocktail bartender. We offer guidance in landing your first bartending/cocktail bartending job throughout the course as well as resume and interview tips.

How large are the classes?

To maintain a focused, hands-on approach to teaching, we limit the class-size to five students.
